You may have a chromium deficiency. I’ve had a similar episode after cutting sugar and carbs once. I was having terrible dizzy spells where it felt like a rug was pulled out from me. I got on some chromium and it went away. It’s a shock to the system when get off the junk - even when it’s food.

Dizzy spells can be a precursor to stroke. Not always of course, but if there is a heart arrhythmia present and a coagulation issue, it would be advised to get a CT Scan.

Perhaps a statin (if cholesterol is elevated) or aspirin might help with anticoagulation.
