I made this one a few years ago using water heater tanks. Two full sized and an under counter unit. Fairly thin material so I can't use it on windy days because the wind will cool it down quick. It's windy here today too. :( - Smokeable meats are on sale right now so I'll be doing some shopping tomorrow and smoke when I can.

I like hot and spicy but have never liked the taste of jalapenos with the exception of chipotle.
