Albuterol is my rescue inhaler but I only use it as needed. I was on a steroid inhaler for years but don’t need it now. It caused some bone loss but that repaired once I stopped the steroid inhaler.
I’m having fun with Truth Social for now. I also joined all of those you mentioned but left. I’m still on Facebook but mostly just communicate with family, former co-workers, and people I actually know. I try not to do politics there. Speaking of Feds, I think there are as many in here as there are on Facebook. I’ll lurk but IMO, FR isn’t safe either.
