Need more details of your condition. Is your O2 level low? PH level low raising your heart rate this is the Bohr effect? Is the lungs or throat casing the issue?
Sounds like a massive amount of inflammation.
What was the remedy?
I bet I could guess what you took.

It’s all irrelevant now, as I’ve been improving so rapidly. I don’t keep devices to measure things, but my heart and lungs are fine. It was my throat - post-nasal drip run amok. Would semi-solidify at night and feel like someone was trying to choke me. Hasn’t happened again lately. Besides no longer tightening up like that, the amount of congestion is also reducing noticeably each day. I’ll be fine.
