I’m on an albuterol protocol - 2 puffs 4 times a day to combat this shortness of breath that came with COVID.

I got out of twitter (for the same reason I got out of FB) -before most got in...though it looks like membership was over stated because of the bots.

I got out of Facebook when I read here at FR, an under the radar article about FB co-operating with the feds. That was about maybe 6-7 years ago.

I’m on Parler since 2018...I haven’t posted anything but i had 10 now 9 followers...go figure.

I never left “my space” but i’m no longer there.
