Let me give you the first clue to dismiss 99% of all conspiracy nonsense:
If the conspiracy would require the conspirators to be both brilliant AND idiots it’s crap.
In this case our conspirators would have to have figured out a way to weaponize monkeypox, and illness that’s not terrible contagious, not often fatal, and is mostly just kinda gross. Freaking brilliant.
BUT they also put it on their own website a year ago, and STILL have it up there. Complete idiots.
So no. It didn’t happen. There is no conspiracy. File this under “feces occurs”, rando think tank accidentally got one right.
