Every first-world and second-world country, or any country that has a university, has a biology lab. Hell, pretty much every HIGH SCHOOL in the world has a biology lab.
Most first-world countries help to fund biology labs in other countries to one degree or another.
Are you claiming those biology labs were something nefarious? If so, please provide proof. If you can’t, you are nothing but a provocateur.

Money laundering goes on all around the world. Hell, it probably happens in every neighborhood in America, though not on such a grand scale.
You act as if money laundering is some novel crime scheme, when in fact it is as common as making a phone call. That doesn’t make it right; but don’t act like it’s extraordinary. If there is graft, there is money laundering. If there is corruption, there is money laundering. If there are politicians, there is money laundering. If there are crooks, there is money laundering.
