It’s a he-said, she-said situation, so they know if they just tell a convincing, lurid story, then some people will believe them and the person who is accused can’t usually produce any evidence to dispute them.
If you say “they attacked me”, or “they stole from me”, people will expect police reports. If you say “they sexually assaulted me” or “they exposed themselves”, then people will think there could be a reason you wouldn’t want to make a police report.

Thanks for the explanation. I don’t know Musk (of course), but from his tweets, he doesn’t seem like he would care that they try and destroy him. He’s too smart and too rich to be swayed or canceled.
Only Musk could have figured out how to put flight attendants on space rockets. He must have also conquered Zero Gravity’s effect on the beverage cart.
