“Hacker shows off a way to unlock Tesla models, start cars”

Since most people who buy Teslas leave them in their garage and bring their friends over to virtue signal, they don’t have to worry about some thief driving off with it.

Electric cars weren’t hackable in 1920 or so. Steamer cars are a bitch.

A guy in my area has a Tesla that was set up to open his garage door.

One night it apparently flipped out and raised the garage door overnight. Some nice stuff walked away.

I am due a service trip to my favorite mechanic next week.

I am going to find out if it is possible to turn the keyless entry off. It is nice to have when your arms are full of stuff you want to ;oad in your car, but not worth the risk.

I don’t know much about keyless entry, but I did see something about some of those cars with their keyless not working after tinting the windows - whoops.

My 2009 Nissan Murano sometimes rolls down the front windows at night. Luckily it’s rare but apparently it’s a thing with that model.
