The car hack has been around but the BTLE sniffers in the roadway, I had not seen before.

Big Brother has nothing on FAANG.

Sniffers can be used to track Bluetooth signals, helping identify devices. They are often used by government agencies that manage roadways to anonymously monitor drivers passing through urban areas.

Since most people who buy Teslas leave them in their garage and bring their friends over to virtue signal, they don’t have to worry about some thief driving off with it.

I have heard of racers buying the higher power cars and jail breaking it and putting in high power tunes to crank up the power..
