Honestly, Nestle has identified three separately useful supplements for addressing older age issues.
We also take nicotinamide riboside (not from Nestle), but not the urolithin A, at this time, but studies show urolithin A is helpful in a similar way to NAC.
I haven’t tried U A yet either. I have been thinking about it for a few weeks, though.
