I moved up here a little over 3 1/2 years ago.

I had gotten to know almost 50 people in the 1 1/2 year after moving up here before the election in 2020. I would say that 95% of them lived here their whole life. Mind you, this is Payette, and most people are conservative. As I talk to people, they do love Trump. Or at least they all claimed to love him. Then the election happened.

Long before things went to sh#^, a good 30% of them admitted voting for Biden over Trump. Their reasoning was they believed the lies, and thought Trump was arrogant. I look at them and say you lied to me then.

I pretty much turned my back on them. But a bit over a year later I as I ran into them at places as I was out and about, I would ask what they thought of their vote now, they just walk away shaking their heads.

Don’t tell me how the newbies up here are ruining this state. The Republican RINO establishment has had a firm control of this state for years, because Idahoans vote for RINOs without knowing because most figure, “Oh he’s a Republican cool. I’ll vote for him”.

I can name 8 candidates on the list I voted against who have been in politics up here for 20 years, and they have all held one seat in government or another, and they are all RINO’s. Men like Bundy, who claim to love America, yet they support open borders, which by the way the vast majority of farmers I have met up here support open borders. Three of them supported Biden so the wall would not go up.

So tell me again how Idahoan’s are true blue conservatives. I lived in California for 33 years, I met the same type of longtime residents in that state who sat back and supported ideas that destroyed the state of California, simply because they had an R in front of their names. They will repeat the phrase, “Hey, at least they are not a Democrat.”

As an outsider, I have met more true diehard conservatives up here who moved from other states than I have those who lived up here their whole life. Every conservative outsider I met is involved in knowing what is going on and want to stop what happened where they came from.

As I prepared this list, I asked most my neighbors who they supported. I wanted to get a feel of their opinions. Well, each and everyone support Crapo, Little, and Phil McGrane. Interesting, because Phil McGrane, who is running for Idaho Secretary of State, and took nearly $500,000 from Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) during the 2020 elections

Most idahoans I meet are clueless on politics when it comes to knowing who their elected officials are, or what they are doing once elected. Sadly, most don’t even like talking politics. A politically ignorant populace is another way of describing a blind slave just waiting for the shackles to be put on.

Sorry, but the people living in Idaho their whole life better wake up and smell the stench, because it permeates from the Idaho Republican establishment. Give one party complete control of a state long enough and I will show you a party that will screw the voters over as fast as the Democrats will. Like business, you need competition to keep them honest, well so do politicians.

Don’t believe me? Look how bad the Republicans got after the Civil War. From 1870 until Teddy split the party for his desire to become President again, they controlled the White House and the country, yet they were in many ways as bad as the Democrats.

Welcome to Idaho my friends, it is not outsiders who are selling you out, its the Republican establishment Mitch McConnel types who will destroy any conservative who dares to stand up to them and their control. Study what happened to Bob Dornan in California, and you will see how the Republican establishment will destroy good men just to keep their country club establishment loaded with members only.

Us outsiders know what happened when a party stops listening to their constituents, the state become Democrat eventually.

Time to shake things up, or Idaho will go the way of California eventually.

I appreciate your effort on this. I have thought that this is an exceptionally important primary. Trump is clearly outside of the RINO GOPe and needs a Congress that would make a second term for him meaningful. His endorsement, I felt, offered a way to buck the protectionism the party offers its RINOs in primaries and bring in MAGA candidates.

I have been unhappy with Crapo in the Senate and would love to see him primaried. So, of course, Trump has endorsed him. Oh, well. I expect him to sail through with fractured opposition. I guess Trump likes a Republican Senator who supports an illegitimate President.

What part of California are you from?

I am a 3rd generation Californian (from the Bay Area) but we left in 1994. Spent some time in New Mexico, and here in Idaho since 2006.
