The first 3 minutes of the video are instructive.
The State Legislature determines the rules.
Any fiat (executive) rule changes are, on their face, invalid.
If those fiat rules allow for drop-boxes, those drop-boxes and EVERY BALLOT found there-in, are not Constitutionally Qualified!
Remedy is for State Legislature to invalidate them and REVERT to only counting Constitutionally valid ballots.
As VivaBarnes says, “The Courts have no role in the process.”
State Leg ONLY have standing.

Unless the State’s Legislature created drop boxes by Election Law/Rule.

agree barnes was right on that, but as we’ve seen for the past 15 -16 months, these state & local pols are fighting for their lives over their blatant disregard for the election laws.
