Less then that. My point the center of these mulch piles do get get hot enough to kill the pathogens. Though that is the center they turn them but the out sides of these piles can't get hot get hot enough.
Most of the mulch is fine. Some of it will stink and that is a sign of bad mulch or pathogens that lived.
