This is outrageous. James, an affirmative action commie hack, seems to spend 99% of her time trying to prosecute frivolous anti-Trump lawsuits, yet supports this ruinous law. Since its enactment, crime has tremendously soared in NY. Even the new mayor Eric Adams begged the state legislature to get rid of it. But Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins (D-Yonkers) and Assembly Speaker Carl Heastie (D-The Bronx), two radical black legislators who seem to primarily advocate for their "brudders" in the ghetto rather than law abiding citizens across the board, have so far blocked the repeal of this ruinous and ridiculous law.

What New York Attorney General Letitia James isn't saying is that they don't have enough public defenders nor assistant prosecutors to try the cases. These criminals are free to do as they please because the legal system will not handle their cases.

There are more Blacks than Whites in jail as a percentage of their population. The reason for that is logical, they commit more crimes as a percentage of population.

There are two fixes:
1) Stop treating Blacks as reliable Democrat voters by keeping them on the plantation. Pass school vouchers and incentivize keeping families intact and preventing crime in inner cites by expanding the police and having DA’s arrest criminals.
2) Don’t arrest Black criminals.
