It's been a long time since I've seen the Milky Way from a really dark place way out in the country far from city lights. Here's a nice little guide that shows you how to find the spot in the sky where the Milky Way's center is (i.e., where it's supermassive black hole is). All you have to remember is to draw a perpendicular line from the jawbone of the "the angry elephant" to the main axis of the Milky Way. The galaxy's supermassive black hole is where those two lines intersect. 'Course, you can't actually see it. But that's where it is. :-)
