I don’t believe Roe vs Wade will be overturned until it happens. Kavanaugh and ACB may be relectant to do anything about it. It’s a political issue similar to slavery and the Supreme Court never overturned that “Peculiar Institution”. So SCOTUS may end up punting this issue.
They will punt.
Just like voting fraud.
They don’t want to cause a disturbance.

Second outside of the extreme pro-abortion crowd (and pro-life crowd), most Americans have already decide about abortion. They are willing to accept what ever decision the court hands down. In other words I don’t think the Justices really have that much pressure to change their minds and will go along with overturning Roe v Wade.
Last point - Overturning Roe v Wade will be like lancing a boil and allowing all that festering pus to escape the body politic and begin to heal.
The states that want abortions will have them and the states that want to ban or regulate them will be allowed to do so without being sued as often.
Final thought - if abortion is no longer a Constitutionally protected right, then states can apply the same rules and regulations to abortion mills as they do to any medical establishment.
Anyway these are just my thoughts on the matter.
