the geo tracking of the phones will prolly turn up they were burner phones??? one may be able to back track chain of ownership to where they were purchased?

I wouldn’t be surprised if they were bought in bulk quantities and signed out to the mules?

tracking the stash house locations & ownership/renter is much easier & more accurate, imo.

based on the roadblocks kemp & raff have thrown up to block the investigations, sure makes it look like were operating some of the stash houses.

as far as stacy running a stash house?? she was prolly just giving out water bottles to campaign volunteers to serve the people
