my understanding is quid pro joe has already proposed the amendments that would allow this transfer of US sovereignty.
all the WHO has do do is vote to accept his amendments

Was this included, and what other nefarious legislation was included in the massive spending bills that our Congress has voted to approved without reading

as far as I know they quit reading any congressional legislation with obama care (”we won’t know what it says till we pass it”)
now they just bale up all the paper the bills are written on and just need a majority in a voice vote (of those that actually show up for work) to spend more money
