I think the answer is “no,” none have. And all remain susceptible to court-order modification of ballot entry practices, regardless of what a legislator or secretary of state decrees.

It takes firing the election management in the cities. This happened in Florida, and made a huge difference.
There have been election reform changes in Georgia. We will get a read on how effective they were this Fall. There are also a lot of people really paying attention to election fraud in a way that wasn’t in play in 2020. People like True the Vote and Garland Favorito’s group.
I am of the belief that the Democrats elevated election cheating to a high art during the 35 years of the consent decree that ended in 2018. They cheat in multiple ways. The law changes combined with the increased scrutiny will *hopefully* knock the cheating down an order of magnitude.

Pa won’t. The pa Supreme Court was an active participant in the steal and still had a Democrat governor who will veto anything… so between those two things not likely to see any real reform here.

This will be a watched election. The machines will be checked and ballots will be contested and watched. If they can’t use mail ins then it will make it hard. The landslide in 2024 will be bigger than 2020.

Add to that the continued Rat Party demand that culling...reviewing...voter rolls periodically (to find people who have died or moved) is racist and it's clear that there will never again be a Presidential election that's within a hundred light years of honest.
Doubtful. The thing is, if I thought for a moment that the shtbird in office won fair and square I’d accept it, lower my head and move along. Not the case, hell, Ray Charles could see that. Our election process is now meaningless and we truly don’t make a difference.
To me, the issue is not that there aren’t laws on the books that need to be added in.
Granted, the Leftists did an all out legal assault on voting laws and regulations in the year leading up to the 2020 election, but...even where there WERE specific laws on the books (such as laws about signature matching and ballot harvesting) they were simply ignored.
Particularly with signature matching. They were flat out ignored. We know they were ignored. They admitted they were ignored. And yet the votes are not invalidated, and the results still stand.
That indicates a far more insidious, and dangerous rot in our Republic. When laws on the books are simply broken with brazen impunity, and not only is not a finger lifted, when they actually have come up in front of a court, they are ignored and dismissed, which is worse.

There are many "laws" that have no statutory remedy. The laws that direct how candidates will be admitted to the ballot, how ballots are distributed, how results are canvassed, basically "how to do this task" laws are merely suggestions. There is no consequence for failure to follow the suggestion except in immediate sense where a person is excluded from a ballot then gets back on.
Then there is the body of judge-made law which has any remedy the court chooses, e.g., the consent decree against the GOP, or in the Bush v. Gore cases, whatever process the court picks (which is always claimed to be neutral and fair).
As you point out, all sorts of integrity protection measures can be skipped, and this is perfectly legal at the end - the results stand, and the powers that be ridicule those who hold "election integrity" to be an oxymoron.

If they haven’t repealed RCV, if it’s in use, and gotten rid of RCV-enabled voting machines, then the answer is no.
Because with those in place, even if every voter is a legal voter, Deep State can still steal elections.

The press is scared now. J D Vance won with 32% and their fake polling made it look like it was a dead heat. Look for stories now about how the "crazies" are taking over the GOP.

Changes as in laws, not court cases.
No changes have actually been made - drop boxes are still in, for one. Nothing has been done to stop the same cheating methods used in Dane and Milwaukee counties. Dems will still block GOP observers and count the ballots.
