I love the heat, but I can really do without the humidity.

Yep, when you’re a kid you can’t wait to grow up, but when you’re an adult you wish you were still a kid.

Then when you’re 90 (like my F-i-L will be soon) you could become a kid again, but it makes you mad.

F-i-L is on the warpath right now, and I think it’s because he’s realizing just how much help he needs, and he doesn’t like asking for it. So we’re the bad guys for being there to help.
