Isn’t there supposed to be a crime before there is a grand jury? I think this exactly fits the term “witch hunt” and there should be prosecutorial misconduct charges filed.
With all the folks who left NYC in the past two years (especially the intellectuals)....their grand jury pool might have been made of common working folks, who ask stupid questions and would not have been the best candidates for the job intended.
Meanwhile, in Delaware . . .
Never mind . . .
trump is the most investigated person on EARTH!
The costs associated with these investigations should be paid by the prosecutors...
who, possessing more common sense than the average intellectual, saw through the witch hunt and blame-throwing of "The Party of the New York 'Ratz!"
So sorry, Hillary...snicker
Everyone knows New York City politicians are crooks and nothing gets done, especially in real estate, without paying off a politician. Early in his campaign Trump said he knew who the crooked politicians were because he wrote the checks. The investigations likely turned into a circular firing squad of pols who were going to suffer more than Trump.
The NY AG isn’t giving up.
For her it’s personal.
A much under appreciated trait which is in far greater supply amongst the working class people of the nation than it exists with those who look down their noses at them.
Frankly, I’m surprised the crooked Dem DA didn’t fabricate an indictment out of thin air against Trump, to be announced in time to impact the 2022 election.
What happened to unraveling the Russian nest doll?
The whole thing was a farce from the outset.
A DA who promises to get Trump at all costs on the campaign trail even before any crime has been identified? That’s obviously not justice, that’s lawfare. Nobody could take any accusations from the state seriously without ironclad proof since they made it plain they were acting in bad faith from the start.
Trying to inflate property values for loan purposes from banks? Hell, what does anybody think ANY real estate developer does? OF COURSE they are going to estimate the value of the property just as high as they can. This is wrapped up in the goodwill or the brand value of the property and as such can be very subjective. Banks of course do their own due diligence and make their own estimates as to the value of any collateral for a loan.
If estimating the value of your property higher than someone else values your property were a crime, you’d have to shut down the entire real estate industry instantly. The whole thing is idiotic.
“common working folks, who ask stupid questions and would not have been the best candidates for the job intended.”
Yep. Damn those common working folks. They should have made sure they had some Yale and Harvard grads on that jury, who would have the intelligence to ask good questions. Not a bunch of stupid, normal people. They were probably stinky Walmart shoppers.
“Donald Trump must be the most-investigated real estate tycoon in the history of the United States. The fact that dedicated poetical enemies with vast resources at their disposal have come up with nothing is a testament to his probity.”
I was saying that in 2016. They’re wasting their time trying to get anything on him and they know it - so, really, they’re wasting OUR time (and money), too. VOTE THEM ALL OUT.
Musk could care less. He just wants AOC to stop hitting on him. LOL
To the astonishment of most of the voters, and indeed, most of the world’ leaders and citizens, Donald Trump turned out not to be a frog, but rather a prince and a highly principled and highly intelligent strategist and human being. The lowlifes in the Democrat-controlled appointed and civil service positions and Democrat candidates for president were and c continue to be deeply, deeply afraid of what his cleaning house would mean for them. So many lies he could uncover.
“their grand jury pool might have been made of common working folks”
They probably had trouble finding translators for the jury.
Concepts too difficult for liberals to understand:
The government entity that figures out if someone is cheating on their taxes is the IRS.
Banks that give financial do their own due diligence, including appraisals of real estate.
Donald Trump must be the most-investigated real estate tycoon in the history of the United States.
And look at all the democrats with all their shady deals for years not one investigation insider trading huh Moe.
