Yes, I have in the past,may help some.

I only get these leg cramps after working several days in a row!

They are horrible to say the least ,you get very little sleep!

Get some “Stopain” or Theraworx

Both work great.

Also I keep an ice pack ready to put on the cramp, takes away the cramp also.
