Since Sussmann was found not guilty by this sham trial, will this be an excuse to deny this?

The USA can survive almost anything - but we can’t survive much longer with this two-tiered, rotten, corrupt justice system.

It wouldn’t matter with this biased jury anyway but might have been something the public needed to know.

The hard-core dims don’t want to or won’t believe anything that puts theirs in a bad light.

Heck, most of them still buy into Trump colluding with Russia to steal the election from Hitlery.

Those types will never believe the truth but there are those sitting on the edge, who have not lost their minds, those are the ones who need to be told the truth.

Sussmann was only found not guilty on not lying about who he did or did not work for, that didn’t debunk that he was feeding a dirty trick to the FBI.

I don’t think he is totally off the hook nor is any of the other “dirty trickster” players.

If they want to reduce US population 80%, are they bringing in uneducated, unskilled people in because all they need for work is people that are easily controlled?

He proved it, only for people that will accept it. For many. He was found not guilty, end of story.

We May Not Like the Sussmann Verdict, but the Clinton Campaign Was Nailed

By Nick Arama | May 31, 2022 2:45 PM ET

As we reported earlier, the jury found former Clinton lawyer Michael Sussmann not guilty of one count of lying to FBI General Counsel James Baker. Sussmann allegedly told James Baker that he wasn’t representing any client when he provided him with the debunked Alfa Bank smear alleging a connection between the Trump team and Russia.

Now, how could that be, when the evidence showed that Sussmann billed the Clinton campaign for the time he was talking to Baker?

How could that be, when there was an explicit text indicating that he said he wasn’t representing any client? In the text, Sussmann said, “Jim — it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive (and sensitive) I need to discuss. Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own — not on behalf of a client or company — want to help the Bureau. Thanks.” That would appear to be the smoking gun.

Then James Baker said he likely wouldn’t have referred the case out for investigation, had he known of the Clinton connection. That would seem to prove the “materiality” requirement of the charge.

Sussmann similarly told the CIA that he wasn’t representing any client when he gave the same information to them in February 2017.

So, what was the problem here?

As we noted, there were potential questions involving the jury. Even beyond the make-up of this particular jury, you’re talking about a challenging situation potentially, with a D.C. jury that’s likely to be heavily Democratic as well. So, you start with a tough case.

But as I’ve noted in the past, there was likely to be a big problem when the judge wouldn’t allow that text to prove the charge by itself because it wasn’t part of the original indictment. The judge allowed the text as evidence toward the argument that he said he wasn’t representing anyone in the conversation with Baker. The problem was that Baker hadn’t taken any notes of his conversation and he was shaky on different parts of his memory on the subject. They had to be convinced beyond a reasonable doubt that he made that representation in the conversation. So, they were somewhat hampered, in that the text wasn’t allowed to be considered as proof of the charge.

But it’s important to point out here that, regardless of the verdict, Durham did show that the Clinton campaign was working to smear President Donald Trump with false information. You had Robby Mook admit that Hillary Clinton had okayed the smear to the media. You had a Clinton lawyer going to the FBI with that information, then charging the Clinton campaign. We knew that, but that’s now an unarguable fact that the Democrats can no longer deny. In some ways, this trial was always more about showing the greater point than it was about just the Sussmann charge.

Lawyer says Uvalde teacher didn’t leave a door open before the Texas school shooting, refuting another changing police claim

A Robb Elementary School employee did not leave a door open to the building before last week’s deadly school shooting in Uvalde, her lawyer said, refuting authorities’ previous claims as the department faces backlash for its changing story around the massacre.

Attorney Don Flanary told San Antonio Express-News reporter Guillermo Contreras on Tuesday that the unidentifiable employee did prop open a door to the school, but shut it when she saw the gunman, who eventually entered and massacred 19 children and two adults on May 24.

Flanary told the Express-News that the employee remembers kicking away the rock used to prop open the door and pulling it shut as she spoke to police about the gunman shooting outside the school.

“She remembers pulling the door closed while telling 911 that he was shooting,” he told the newspaper. “She thought the door would lock because that door is always supposed to be locked.”

Director of Texas Department of Public Safety Steven McCraw alleged on Friday that security footage shows the back door of the school was propped open before the shooting, and the gunman used it to enter the school before barricading himself in a classroom.

McCraw described the person who propped open the door as a teacher, who he said called police at 11:30 a.m. that morning after the gunman crashed his vehicle in a nearby ditch and shot at passersby.

Three minutes later, McCraw said the gunman entered the school through the door.

Texas Department of Public Safety didn’t immediately provide a response to the teacher’s claims.

Since last week’s mass shooting in Uvalde — the country’s deadliest at an elementary school since Sandy Hook in 2012 — law enforcement officials have made crucial changes to the attack’s timeline at least a dozen times.

Enraged parents have questioned why it took over an hour for officers inside the school to confront the gunman; the latest explanation from Texas DPS pointed the finger at the school’s police chief who was leading the response, who McCraw alleged refused to send police in because he thought no children were in danger.

This is like the Biden-Psaki show. Say one thing & "correct" it 5 minutes later.

It's the same old garbage with everything. You can never believe anything & they change the stories to fit a new narrative. No credibility in anything they say anymore.

Got home and made an H-E-B run.

Wow…I’m not in Kansas, anymore.

First thing I noticed….how much more side roads traffic there was. Then, I started looking at license plates…haven’t seen so many out of staters, in one area, in …. ever. We’ve had the interlopers, but, not like this.

SC, CO, IL and even TN.

Then, our mostly quiet store was jam packed. On a Tuesday. :-(

And, it did not look like the usual shoppers. No smiles, rude in the aisles, etc.

WTHeck happened while we were gone?

And, to top it all off….H-E-B had an end cap of “love” rainbow signs and decos. 😩

😡😢

Judge in Sussmann case is now set for life. No one hands bags of cash like in movies. But spouse will get more clients, kids get into any schools they want to. That’s how real world works in DC. Nothing vulgar. Just lots of behind the scenes wishes granted now.
