You know I’d be considered a tin-foiler in polite company, but, this ‘two dads’ thing is much easier to explain than crisis actors and a fake incident.
The bottommost fellow, he actually resembles the girl. The topmost fellow, he doesn’t resemble the girl and it looks like he’s acting.
Some jamoke could have simply come along claiming to be a parent of the deceased for a prank and for face time on TV.
I don’t agree, since the demon rats have used crisis actors with these events in the past. Put NOTHING evil past these regime devils.

Laz, that was beneath you. I too believe the event was orchestrated. I also see the regime exploiting it to the max, using crisis actors as the oligarchy has done in the past. Real evil is afoot. Real kids were murdered. Real evil bastards are exploiting the evil event.
