If Martin Armstrong is correct, we're headed for $10 per gallon by early next year. We just moved from Monterey to San Luis Obispo, and gas is even more expensive down here. At least we're midway between California's twin cities of Sodom and Gomorra, so the urban ills of both cities are not often seen here.

Congress repealed the country-of-origin labeling regulations, in 2015.

The retirement community in Monterey featured cramped quarters and mediocre institutional food. My housemate wanted to get back to an area where she knew people and had more room to rattle around in. She also wanted to get back to my cooking. So she bought a mobile home in San Luis Obispo.
The nice thing is that we're far enough away from the ocean that it's not perennially foggy and cold.

Cheaper for me to eat out, but does get old!
