this "kid" should be id'd and his pic out there for all to see....must be a reason....
old enough to attack, kill and sexually assault then he is old enough to take the consequences...
I put blame on adults in the household that allow porn, porn movies, violent video games, violent music, etc
then again, I am lectured by my betters than there is no connection to violence....right....
I played violent video games and saw some porn by 14, same as most American males.

That's certainly true. In Roswell, NM two shot and killed two other slightly older teens two weeks ago. The suspected reason was to rob the other teens who had just purchased an illegal gun from someone else. One fled and the other, a 14 year-old, turned himself in to police and was released after an interview.
The one who fled was 15 y-o and was found in a trailer near Ruidoso; he will be released following posting of only a $10,000 cash or surety bond. His mother who helped him escape was also arrested but her status is unreported.
In New Mexico you have to be let out of jail unless a judge finds you are a danger to the community. But by releasing one and providing only a low bail amount for the other, it's enough for this judge to let two murderers loose again.
