I honestly can't find the satire in this one.
I was going to say, is this on The Bee, or on Not the Bee?
This is NOT a satire piece……but the names of Republicans were removed to protect the guilty.
If only Republicans knew what the Bill of Rights was when they took their oath of office — that important little document attached to the Constitution (which they swore to defend).
It is possible the deal does not go through for a variety of reasons. In the mean time libs will be watching to see if Musk violates the do not disparage Clause.
Mcconnell probably hopes Musk goes down in flames
I was just going to write that.
I know, sad when satire contains more truth than "straight news" {whatever the hell that used to be}.
Up is down.
No satire...
...simply an homage to Musk......
Neither can I! How is it that the courts could not (or would not) see the violation of the Constitution with Twitters actions? Apply this same logic to pandemic mandates, border security, crime, political corruption, and more.... It is going to take quite a few Elon Musks to bring this country back to reality. Obviously the feckless leaders in the executive, legislative, and judicial branches aren't performing.
When did they give up satire?
What do you think this is?
“Wow! Who is this guy? He's really making us look bad here,” said one Republican Senator. “This Twitter deal is such a huge step forward for freedom of expression! Wow! Imagine if other conservative wealthy people did stuff like that instead of funding our reelection campaigns? Um, wait—I didn't mean that. Scratch that. Are you recording this?”
Love the article... Funny!!
This is the sort of thing to take to your local GOP or Republican HQ, toss it on the managers desk and tell them this is why the GOP no longer gets money from me or my family.
