So far, only one case has been confirmed, the WHO said. The patient was a 31-year-old man, who began experiencing symptoms on April 5. He sought treatment at a local health facility after being sick for more than a week at home. The man was admitted to an Ebola treatment center on April 21 for intensive care but died later that day, the WHO said.
The previous outbreaks in Equateur Province were in 2020 when 130 cases were reported, and in 2018, when 54 cases were recorded, the WHO said
The DRC's equatorial forests have been a hotbed of the Central African country's Ebola crisis, with more than 2,000 people killed by the disease between 2018 and 2020. The DRC has had more Ebola outbreaks than any other country since the virus was first discovered near the Ebola River in the DRC's northern region in 1976.

For those who don't use the term everyday. They got the feva!
This was originally the Ebola ping list...Bring Out Your Dead
Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.
The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.
The false positive rate was 100%.
At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.
*sigh* Such is life, and death...
Quarantine the sick. Protect the vulnerable. Hang the guilty. Free everyone else.
Not to be confused with the DNC. Yet.
I am the guy on the cart, put me on yur ping thing
You need an opening quotation mark in front of “400.”
Why Bringing Ebola Patients To The U.S. Is The Right Thing To Do
The answer, experts say, is because Emory University Hospital is one of the safest places in the world to treat someone with Ebola. There's virtually no chance the virus can spread from the hospital's super-secure isolation unit.

You can't just snag a favorite picture from a desktop folder...it has to be hosted someplace on line to be posted here. Best bet is to save the image to an image hosting service, I use imgbb. In Firefox right click and select "Copy image location", in Safari right click and select "Open image in new tab" and copy the address in the address bar. Other browsers have similar tricks. Imgbb allows you to imbed codes to do all the HTML heavy lifting automatically.

Now about that home page of yours…
Protip: Make the very first thing <blockquote> this will move everything that follows a wee bit to the right, giving you a nice left margin. Of course since any HTML command anywhere will be assumed to require HTML for every bit of text, all your paragraphs will need to have paragraph <p>, and line breaks <br>…
I was gonna say "Let's get Fauci on this, he needs a job", but never mind.
Why not use the program called Microsoft expression web 4 for all that HTML? It is free and I use it to post at FR. >>>>
The ******g criminal maniac running Joe will bring it here.
You are on the cart because that is hauling the drunk from last night’s brawl. :)
Ebola is one of those virii that kills so fast it doesn’t spread. And, since it does that, it does not readily mutate in hosts like the WuhanFlu does in those that took the fake vax. It doesn’t have time to mutate before the host is dead.
