Debates are coming up... what if some sock puppet accounts start demanding that leftie politicians commit to wearing masks during the televised debates? Should be easy to get support from the left on twitter for a demand like that. If the politicians agree, then they will look like morons compared to their Republican debate opponents. If they disagree, they will piss off their base. Win-win.
I read the judges decision and it was very well put together. The CDC has no legal authority to mandate the mask wearing under the cleaning and fumigating rules. The personal rules apply to quarantine at ports of entry which the president isn’t doing.

I don’t think the judge banned the wearing of masks if one felt they needed to. One has to laugh at the squeals of the proggy piggies.
Even before the “mass mask era” I often saw some folks wearing masks in crowds. I always thought it was an immune thing or that pollen hits them real bad. It never bothered me and I hoped that thosee wearing masks back then would feel better or get over their illness or to stay healthy. We all have to do what we can to take care of ourselves.

The judge didn’t say masks can’t be worn… you just force me to wear one against my will.

He should consider all pros and cons, and all profits and losses in making that judgment that will maximize his own happiness. There should be no need for force.
