I hope that electric cars allow a return to some of the great styling of the 50s and 60s. The electric chassis should allow great remakes of classic cars! How about dropping a 1955 Chevy Nomad Wagon body on an EV chassis. How about a 1953 Studebaker Commander hardtop? Of course, a 1940 Ford coupe would be fun. A Jaguar XKE would be incredible! So would the early Corvettes. You might even be able to create the bodies using 3D printing. What’s your dream EV classic car?

Nope, all cars forevermore will look like streamlined jellybeans due to CAFE standards and the government insatiable fetish with “efficiency.” CAFE will have to be extended to EVs soon.
