The last time I saw the indictments by state chart, there were more than 100,000 sealed indictments and some smaller number of unsealed. The number of sealed may even have been as high as 170,000 (that’s the number I truly recollect), but I lowballed it at 100,000 to be conservative.

There are currently 326,156 sealed indictments and 590,348 unsealed indictments. The site gives the breakdown by state.
