I saw something on Gab about Ukraine sinking "The pride of Russia's navy" but can find no confirmation of that. I don't know this guy Seruga but if he thinks Russias mil operation is disastrous I wonder about him. What are Neptune missiles? Do they have to be sent from a ship? And Ukes don't have any? I know Russia pretty much got all of Uke's ships a while ago, the sailors just gave up on them.
