Musk has trolled them beautifully. Either the board adheres to their fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders, and accepts and thereby gives up their power and control OR they reject it and prove they don’t look out for stock holder interests so they can retain their power over communications resulting in a sure drop in the share price into the 30s.
