The book of Enoch was written about 300 B.C. The parables section around 100 A.D. It is psuedepigraphal. (not written by who it is claimed to be written by) It also contradicts scripture. The fact that it wasn't written by Enoch is enough to disqualify it as scripture.
It was probably written by the Essenes. They did not practice the same form of Judaism that then Lord did when He was on earth. At any rate it was never considered scripture by any of the early church fathers.

There is little about him in the Bible. Mormons, members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (often mistakenly called the Mormon Church), have more about Enoch, found in the Book of Moses in the Pearl of Great Price.
