Not if you do it right and put strut supports on the front and back. It’s a bar that goes between the strut sets. :)

Not to pick on Dodge but stock vehicles pretty much never run as good as they could. That’s just one reason I have a shop——and tools——and stuff. Usually takes about two years to get something that’s new in the yard to actually fit, fire, and flame away. The next project is always on the lift.
