It seems there is absolutely no one in the genius class who realize how Musk bought his way into twatter. He didn’t just make a deal with a big holder then boom he owns 9%. For the previous two months he put in daily buy orders with each day budgeted at about 35 million$. The twatter stock issue is large enough so that is pretty much regular business so no one notices. So long as twatter is listed on a national market there isn’t anything anyone, poison piller or otherwise, who can do a bleeping thing about someone else being willing to sell to his buy order. Note to poison pillers: stuff it! All the TV bidness geniuses need to shut their pieholes, pay attention, maybe learn some actual stuff.
