And it is up to the Doctor to determine if it is effective in particular situations. And Doctors and Pharmacists who have been under unfair attack who wish to give it to patients in the circumstances in which it is effective need Big Pharma corruption to quit stepping on their throat.

The fact a bill had to be passed should make any pharmacy or doctor that refused to fill a prescription or order a prescription criminally or civily responsible for any chronic illness or death as a result of failing to do so.
Unproven? Hundreds of studies indicate otherwise vs a few fake studies funded by Pharma. Personally, I’ve been on HCQ for prevention for 2+ years, not a sniffle.
