For example, if Texas had received $184K per case, this would be over $1,000,000,000,000 (i.e., $1 Trillion) in “Aid.”
You should consider getting the post removed.

What can one conclude according to the chart?
Government Largesse is good, fair, equitable?
Or, government largesse is withheld from the more unfortunate?

That would mean 5.5 million cases. The aid numbers seem more on line of deaths payouts...
