What WILL happen if we are under attack (cyber?) and POTUS/VPOTUS are not able to perform their duties.

I sure as hell would prefer a cyberattack to being at ground zero of a nuclear attack.

But "ten days darkness" would fit the bill. Literally.

There are several scenarioes of “attack” that can physically disable POTUS/CinC.
Are there scenarios that don’t physically disable him from his appointed duties (again, they are 2-fold...POTUS and CinC)?
