I hate running to the store for one thing just to make something, in fact I don’t do it...

I hear you. I just come up with a substitute ingredient....or, make something else :)

I tried freezing eggs, when the scamdemic was being floated (early on). I scrambled, then froze (in ice cube trays) the eggs. Then, I vacuum packed them. They weren’t so great. Okay for baking, but...that’s about it. Not to mention the freezer space they took up :(

Yes, I was just thinking of powdered eggs for baking or cooking, but CottonBall said they don’t work. Have you tried them?

Do you all think there will be food shortages as grim as some countries? Here we ear so much processed food, fast food, etc., and I think that’s where shortages will be. I do anticipate inflation.
Since the shipping problems I noticed food in smaller packages are harder to get, especially in the frozen section. We still have plenty of fresh foods, just more expensive.

Jane, again at HEB not much bakery breads. They were gone by the time I was there. Next time I’ll go in early so I can ask whats going on.
