Imagine coming home from a day at work to a woman like that. Women dress like slobs today in the ripped jeans, yoga pants, and crop tops.

There’s a classiness and a femininity that goes with that. Men dress like bums and women dress like men today. No birthrate going up there.

It should anger every single American to see how much these leftist bastards have destroyed our society since then.

At an average of $8 each I come up with 1,250 items. She must have some of them custom made.

Leftism has debased women. It works overtime to turn women into slutty baby murdering "things". Three cheers for this lady who didn't buy into that horse manure.

Hell, you look at the meanest, toughest, most feared black gangster in Harlem in the 1920s, and he’s wearing a jacket and tie.

Classy. I like it. Don’t know if I’d want my boys dating her though.

My brother in law does that. His wardrobe is all from that era.

That's a fine point, but keep in mind that it was the children of that very same 1940s society everyone holds in such high regard who went and ran the country off the tracks.

It would seem that the "greatest generation" could get everything right except child-rearing...

Beautiful clothes and style from that time. Our youngest always loved watching I Love Lucy, for the humor, and The Clothes!

I actually like it. People use to dress up to go out. Every day is casual day. Unless its Walmart where every day is pajama day...

As for simpler times, hows your ice box ? About time to dig a new hole for your outhouse yet ? There were no women realtors in the years around WWII.

I want to see her collection of kitchen aprons.

“Vintage” <> “Goodwill”

Some vintage clothing shops are pretty expensive.
