If the state of Florida will end up paying for the services for Disney, why would Disney fight that?

Because they want the carte blanche to build what they want when they want.

That’s the deal of the Improvement Act. Disney (and some other companies tied into it that really don’t matter) are basically the government. They can build anything they want and not have to go throw any form of zoning or approval BUT they have to provide standard municipal services. If Florida kills the Act Disney has to go through approval, they don’t want that. But if you kill the Act Disney et al will be off the hook for the municipal services. THAT is the lever Disney will use to get Florida not to kill the act. Like I said in my very first post that you replied to.

And that brings us full circle. For probably the 4th time. So this has gotten boring. And I’m gonna go watch The Godfather. See ya.
