This is all nonsense. The 25% number for wheat production refers to exports. Russia and Ukraine represent only 0.9% of total worldwide wheat production, a number which we will likely makeup—not years from now—but this year, due to market conditions encouraging the planting of millions of tons more wheat in the USA and other countries that will be ready by summer.
The media and Biden himself seems to be speaking of the dangers for Africa, on the grounds that it is allegedly harder for them to get wheat from other countries with Russia and Ukraine not producing wheat.

This is nonsense. There will probably be some price increases, but only countries having actual shortages will be the poorer ones in Africa, Afghanistan and maybe a few South-East Asian ones.
