I didn’t state that it was used on its own for abortion.

I just wrote that it is used to induce labor, and in abortion.

I was speaking to the various uses of the drug, I wasn’t making a political statement.

The change in my neuropathy was almost instant. Within three days I was able to use only a cream to bring the pain into the tolerable range.
I reported the change to my doctor, she didn’t bother trying anything else on me.

I’m taking the albuterol sulfate 0.083% twice daily. It seems to help.
I’m not too keen on some of the side effects listed for the other drugs. BUT, if I have to take my chances or die sooner I guess I’ll take my chances.

“So not near as severe as the covid vaxxes”

Yeah, the “sudden and unexpected death” part of the covid vax is a real butt kicker.

“I see no sanity in believing death is preferred over possible side effects, especially on something easily trialed for very little money and effort.”

There is where you get into the Quality of Life discussion with your doctors. I’ve known a few people who chose to die rather than endure more pain.
One, a 16 year old boy, had been fighting cancer since he was 10, over half of his life. He finally told his parents he wasn’t undergoing any more chemo. He was just beaten down by the pain and knowledge that he would have to endure the pain and effects of chemo every day of his life. An extreme case, but he made his choice based on the quality of life he could expect.

I, for better off worse have had a preview of my end. My wife passed away in 2016 from Interstitial Lung Disease. I don’t cherish the knowledge that I will slowly suffocate over a period of years.
Depending on the side effects and how the medication does in my particular case I may or may not use it.
What good is life if you’re miserable, in pain or can’t enjoy life?
I’m in my late 60’s. I’ve lived my life and quite frankly it sucks without my angel.
I’ll just take it day by day.

Same for me.
It’s an “emergency inhaler” mist, and works great 3-5x/day.
(I also take 37 Rx & OTC pills each day, for 7 co-morbidities; 21 in the morning, and 16 in the evening.)
