Sounds like the Ukrainian Offensive on Kherson tonight is Confirmed.
Ukrainian Forces are beginning a Large Scale Southern Offensive from the City of Mykolaiv and from the North involving Heavy Armor, Artillery and Air Assets towards the Russian Occupied City of Kherson and its Airport.

Kherson’s traitor mayor Kolykhayev is crapping himself right now.
The thing I worry most about is how Ukraine can replace their personnel losses. I worry about them eventually becoming a spent force - no reinforcements, no recruits, no ability to sustain offensive operations.
I am glad to see that they are fighting down south. I think a lot of people have not noticed the territorial inroads the Russian forces have made in that area. If Ukraine is cut off from the Black Sea, that could hurt them both short term and long term.
If they can retake Kherson, the question is whether they can overrun Melitopol in time to relieve the troops besieged in Mariupol. Heck, maybe they attack Crimea to get the Russian troops around Mariupol to come to the rescue. It’s just amazing that Mariupol has held on for so long, given the way it’s right across the border from Russia.
Maripol is the Azov HQ. They are cut off and holding civilians hostage. They can’t surrender and they know it.
If somehow the Russian Navy’s ability to land troops and supplies into southeastern Ukraine from the Black Sea was stopped, the Russian invasion would collapse quickly.

No one is holding citizens hostage. The Ukronazis were killing them when they tried to leave, but the Russians have been helping them evacuate and Armenia just sent them tons of aid which Russian soldiers are handing out.
Even a dog the ukronazis had shot in the neck was rescued by donbas soldiers and taken to a vet for surgery a few days ago. A lab.
Do you really think so?
Ukies surrender, that’s the end of their country.
——-Not true, Vlad announced his intentions early on. Read his speech to the world.
The Ukies must declare neutrality ( No NATO), disband the Neo Nazi’s in their military, and allow the eastern Seperatist provinces their declared independence.
Russian personel losses look like they are two or three to one compared to Ukranian losses. Armored vehicle losses look to be bigger.
Russians can throw in more troops but they are cannon fodder. They don’t have that many seasoned troops.
Ukrainians have plenty of arms and now some of the best tech in the world.
Right now time is against the Russians. Why? Ukrainians have shown they are willing to let their whole country be destroyed if that’s what it takes to win this war. I don’t think they are willing to cede territory in order to gain peace. The sanctions hammer will come down on the Russians this summer. Then we’ll see if the Russians are willing to let their country go down the drain to win this war. right now, that’s an unknown.
In the absence of full mobilization by the Russians, the troop balances will swing in favor of the Ukrainians.
” It’s just amazing that Mariupol has held on for so long, given the way it’s right across the border from Russia.”
Mariupol is in the hands of the Ruskies now. The Donbas Nazis are surrounded and being choked off. As soon as the Donbas falls, it’s all over. The Uke thugs might want to find one of those humanitarian corridors while they can.
Russian invaders are an expeditionary force and that is grinding them down. On the Kyiv front many Ukrainian soldiers commute home at night and sleep in their own beds, get some sugar from their female companions, etc.
Ukraine needs to blow the E97 bridge in Kherson to cut off Russian resupply from Crimea. Things will be very difficult for KGB Putin with that bridge gone.
Kherson residents hate the Russians.
“The thing I worry most about is how Ukraine can replace their personnel losses.”
Often, when a country is fighting to defend its very existence against an invasion, ordinary people step up. They may not be front line troops, or well-drilled, but they can contribute to the defense.
