Having had a troublesome case of Covid this year, I can attest to the brain fog caused by the spike proteins, I guess.

I guess only because given the death of my father and illness of my aunt, maybe I would have had brain fog without Covid. And I’ve had brain fog to some degree with a bad cold, walking pneumonia, sinus infection, surgery recovery, etc., so it happens in life.

The brain fog I had this year was quite pronounced, but so was the extreme lack of adequate sleep I was getting.

Since I’ve never been vaxxed, I have no idea how that brain fog is different from the normal brain fog one gets when the body is fighting something or recovering from something.

I imagine the vaxx brain fog feels like one feels when one accidentally takes the wrong sinus medication— the one you take at night that has sleep medicine in it. Been there, done that.

I wonder what the vaxxed with brain fog attribute it too. Do they even notice it? Or are they too fogged? I guess they just attribute it to the new normal in a Covid world and the general stress caused by it.

I’ve been feeling oddly lucid lately. It’s almost as if my brain is gearing up for some kind of profound challenge or task.

Had Delta-flavored virus for Christmas and had a touch of brain fog for about 3 weeks. It has been deleted now. I am 66 years old, full-time engineering career, part-time musician. The “fog” had affected my ability to instantly know project schedules and instantly recall any of about 400 songs we(band) know. Troubling to say the least, especially when you’ve played a song hundreds of times and 50 to 400(or more) people are looking at you.

My regular(daily) supplements for years include ginkgo(for brain) and L-carnitine(for lungs but it also helps brain). What I added specifically for post-coof-Fog is L-theanine, once in the morning. After about 2 weeks, “normality” has returned. I continue to take it first thing every morning since the calendar says I’m “old” but I’d like to retain cognitive functions too.

Covid was beaten using a self-modified version of FLCCC’s protocol, Ann Barnhardt IVM dosing, and research articles found over the past 2 years(i.e. benadryl & lactoferrin, generic claritin, NAC, lysine, and a few other generic and known-safe items found to work against covid). 2 days of the 2 week run were “bad” with blood O2 dropping from 98-99 to 93-94 and the knowledge that local hospitals were using the Protocol of Failure(run-death-is-near and vents).

Brain fog-—covid/no vax——vaxxed/no covid: Two completely different cluster flocks. And you mentioned anesthesia and recovery from that is a third brain fog circumstance.

The fog that comes from covid/no vax comes from oxygen starvation resulting from damage to the lungs alveoli and supplemental pure oxy can help a lot.

The fog that comes from vax/no covid is caused by the damage the vax does to the red blood cells that produces micro clotting and jams up the tiny brain arteries. And this kind of fog probably won’t get better. There will just be additional indications as time goes by.

On the anesthesia side I’ve observed numerous family members recovering from tests/surgery/etc. and it frequently takes 3 months to shake off the effects of the dope. I’ve had a couple of bare knuckle heart-to-hearts with quacks and got them to admit there can be permanent degradation to the brain from the dope. So I now advise my friends/family to go super light on the knockout stuff, no more than absolutely necessary , and tell their quack that’s what they want.

After having the experience you describe I’d be telling you to get on some supplemental oxygen, and I’d normally say, without knowing details, that a half hour, twice a day, should be noticeably beneficial within a couple weeks.

Been a long time since I stayed in a Holiday inn, watched a Marcus Welby show once,so what I say doesn’t come with that kind of sheep skin. But there’s a lot of actual experience related to helping others recover from this and that.

This post I made the other day. Look into high dose Melatonin and I would ad a very high dose of vit B1 (spread out over the day) (helps with red blood cells transport oxygen.)
