When he passed, Jimmy Webb wrote a pretty touching piece where he referred to Glen as "The American Beatle".

I'd have to agree. He was out of this world talented. 7th son of a sharecropper w/ a $5 Sears guitar.

Like Dolly Parton, he was born pretty much dirt poor and rose to give us so much. No way to repay him.
