There's a video out there... Chuck U Schumer did a similar thing. He stood up and was ready to clap... but stopped midway... then Brandon said something and chuck u stood up fully and clapped. It was almost as if he knew in advance what was to be said. I think that Brandon messed up on his speech and made those two look like idiots. Maybe they spent a week rehearsing the speech and knew it by heart by the time it was spoken.
