I really hate the jokey comments everyone makes —— trying to out-do each other —— on a terrible killing like this.
The circumstances don’t matter to them. Says a lot.
Were this to happen to any family member of any of the posters, there would probably be a tearful vanity asking for prayers.
But since it is someone we don’t know, let’s have open mike night at the comedy club.
I agree. I have done this kind of thing in the past as well, and though I try not to engage in it, I have no room to criticize others who do.
I just wondered one day about how I would feel if a victim’s loved ones saw me say some of those things.
It is cruel and thoughtless, but a lot of the people doing it have never thought of it in those terms.
